Situated in the picturesque village of Sutton on the Forest, north of York. The park is set in twenty grassy acres punctuated with woodland areas.

100 hard standing pitches all with 16amp electric hook up, 4 fully serviced hard standing pitches with their own electric hook up, water supply and grey water disposal points. 3 overlooking the fishing lake. Facilities include heated shower and toilet blocks, dishwashing areas, chemical disposal point, laundry, bathroom and licensed shop.

The park has an adventure play ground and a play barn with pool tables and table football - guaranteed to keep the kids amused for hours, cots and highchairs can be hired.
Entertainment
Shoot some pool in the play barn or explore the park-owned woods and try some fishing in the lake. The new health suite is now open, it consists of a 5 meter pool/spa with jets at one end and a jacuzzi type spa at the other end, a sauna, exercise machines and an outdoor hot tub. An information area in the reception has some excellent ideas for things to do.
Food & Drink
The park has a small on-site licensed shop and there are several excellent pubs in the local area, many serving delicious local produce. York is the closest city and has a huge range on offer to suit all tastes.

Using the convenient park & ride York is close at hand, a beautiful city and with innumerable attractions. Explore the beautiful countryside - starting from the park's own woods and fish in the well-stocked lake.
