Set in a quiet, secluded peninsula on the long, south-facing coastline of Dumfries and Galloway, with magificent views over the Irish Sea and close to Kirkcudbright and Wigtown.

Brighouse Bay has both hardstanding and grass pitches, some with TV and electric socket hire and hardstanding fully serviced pitches. There is an excellent toilet block and a laundry as well as an on-site shop, payphone and cashpoint.

The park has a range of well appointed, 1 to 3 bedroom caravan holiday homes, one especially designed for disabled access. There are also several 2 to 4 bedroom lodges, situated in the secluded area next to the 18 hole golf course. Or why not stay in the beautiful Old Mill Cottage - a traditional 3 bedroom farmhouse complete with the original mill wheel still in place in the conservatory and set in its own private grounds. Facilities include a laundry, payphone and cashpoint.
Family
The children can enjoy boating on the pond and there is a toddlers pool in the leisure complex and a toddlers activity corner in the bistro. Cots and highchairs can be hired.
Entertainment
The bar and function suite is multipurpose with dance floor, hi-tech lighting and sound system, wide screen projector, popular karaoke nights and entertainment on selected holiday weekends. Brighouse Bay also has an excellent leisure centre with a swimming pool, jacuzzi, steam room, fitness room, games room and ten pin bowling.
Food & Drink
The Bistro overlooks the pool and offers hot and cold drinks, breakfast, lunch, snacks and evening meals which can also be served in the Family Lounge. Both the Bistro and Family Lounge are licensed and there is an on-site shop.

Explore the beautiful Dumfries and Galloway coast by foot or bike with many well marked trails or try some sailing or fishing in nearby Loch Ken.
